We prefer to host music from Punk/Ska/HC/Metal bands that are based and/or play in the UK, although if you are from outside the UK still feel free to send us your music - if we like it, we'll include it.
Follow these steps:

1. We prefer it if you send us any material you have via post*. This is for a number of reasons:
So we can hear that it isn't complete shite i.e. ridiculously poor quality or content.
So we can hear whether it fits the "style" of the website. This isn't us being elitist, it's just if you use a website you expect it to do what it says and we don't host/link anything unless we've heard it first.
Please don't ask us to download any media as we have bandwidth to maintain and unfortunately don't have the time to download all the stuff you request we get hold of! If you have music you would like us to host on cheesescatsandherbs�, which is hosted elsewhere then please don't ask us to host it when we can link it - for this reason alone is why web hosting has become more expensive these days, and it's pointless.
As we don't download anything, you won't be able to get it to us any other way!
2. Once we have received your material we will contact you either way about whether we are interested in hosting it.
3. We will then post an mp3 on the site, with your approval:
Either linked from your website (should you have one) via a URL or...
Hosted by us through our web server from the media you have sent us.
4. We will add your band's website link (should you have one) to the LINKS section of the site automatically.
5. Now that we know what you sound like we can also try and get you a gig/show in the South-East of England if you'd like?

Follow these steps:

1. E-mail us initially to inform us of the photography you wish to submit stating...
The band/s photographed.
The venue you photographed at.
The date of the gig/show.
(If the photos are from an event we've covered on the site, then there's no doubt - we'll host/link them.)
2. We will then get back to you to inform you of whether we're interested in hosting the photography - we don't reject relatively unknown bands, in fact we welcome them!
