Here you are both close to the sea and Old
Nice, surrounded by museums, art galleries, shops, bars and
excellent restaurants…
Imagine... you arrive at Nice airport, you
take a taxi, the navette bus or hire a car…
…15-20 minutes later you are at the
apartment in Place Massena, your home for the duration…
You are hungry… you drop off your
luggage and go out to eat at one of the numerous local restaurants
in the pedestrianised Rue Massena or in Vieux Nice.

to move on but where to?… Chez Wayne? the Casino Ruhl?…
the Club Brazilian? Take your pick, they are all within a
stone's throw....
The famous Carnival de Nice takes place
in Febraury. You will have the chance to stay in one of the
premier positions in Nice during this spectacular event.
There are many other events throughout the
year: the Cannes Film Festival, Formula 1 at Monte Carlo,
the Jazz Festival, the Triathlon and many others. And then
of course there are the beaches and the superb weather.

1835 and now completely renovated, the apartment is quiet
and looks out onto the interior courtyard.
It is fully equipped with an american kitchen,
a living room with TV, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. |

courtyard

• Heating and new air conditionning. TV.
• Paying parking underground at Place Massena.
