premise i suppose i should introduce myself. first and foremost i am an insomniac. rather than sitting in my bedroom at night i thought i'd do something more constructive with my time and add to urban light pollution. i create these images in the depths of the early hours to suppress the boredom of physical hyperactivity and mental exhaustion. i guess this is just my take on digital street-night art.
this website was inspired by the fascination for all those places you see on the drive to work, the ride to your friends, or the walk home. the places that as you knew you weren't supposed to go, shouldn't go, and wouldn't go. the places that you dismissed as abandoned wrecks and never stopped to savour the wonder that lurks in their grounds. as insomnia sets in, under the cover of dusk, you peer into the unknown. i hope you experience the same rush viewing them as i got taking them.
