welcome to the new website. in our eyes version 4 is an overall improvement on its predecessor. we've tried to maintain the functionality and simplicity of the old website, but with a touch of flair at the same time.

please give us a few days to finish populating the site, as you may be aware there is a lot to upload to our server.

one major change is that we've decided not to include the venues page from v3, as there was no evidence anybody was making use from it. if this is incorrect, let us know and we'll renew it.

could all the bands still wanting copies of their sets send a vhs tape to the address in the contact page - i'm aware there are still quite a lot of you.

cheesescatsandherbs is specifically designed to convey vibrant, positive, uk hardcore music. providing a comprehensive guide to anything genre related. if you aren't familiar with the site by now, here is a brief synopsis.

the site was created in the summer of 2003 to try and influence immediate friends away from mainstream music. with a wealth of good music and good people making it here, we felt it was a shame more people couldn't see beyond the realms of american bands and into what was going on around them on their doorsteps.

to date you should find some interesting stuff through each of those links up in the top left. if you find something useful and would like to show your appreciation please leave a message. on the other hand if you find something incorrect, not working, or you know something we don't, then do the same.
