| The following is a list of my personal five favourite Bands. You think any different to me then you've wrong or an idiot, you choose | |
| 1. The Beatles | My Favourite band for obvious reasons, which you probably guessed by the album covers that feature on all the pages of this site. Truly the greatest band ever to exist. I hear the Beatles are overrated one more time I'm going to murder them using a blunt tooth pick. Every last bit of hype is justified and then some. |
| 2. Pink Floyd | The kind of band you need to listen to a few times before you begin to dig them, and when you do you really do. Most of the albums don't really have singles, it's more like just many songs merged together, I believe they only released one song as a single, that being of course "we don't need no education". they couldn't really as like I said they didn't have singles plus each track would have been far to long. On there first album the first track lasts 30 minutes! |
| 3. Blur | Brought out some of the greatest music of the 90's, there style is very varied, using all forms of rock and metal with "song 2" |
| 4. Oasis | The band that finally breathed some life into Brit Rock scene in the 90's and rightfully holding the title "greatest band of the 90's". I don't like to compare them to the Beatles because they were and never will be what the Beatles were but they were like what the Beatles were of the 60's but in the 90's. They really did start the revolution in Brit Rock once again. |
| 5. Radiohead | Like Moby said Radiohead need to write some more happy songs, but hell you can't fault them really, some truly interesting stuff. From the pure rock n roll like "the bend" to the semi experimental "Kid A" and "OK Computer" to the very experimental "Hail to the Thief", all gold. |
